Award winning educator Dr. Marvin Thompson (Dr. T.) has over 20 years experience serving as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, superintendent and an educational curriculum consultant for districts and communities around the United States and abroad. Thompson was featured in OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network's award winning docu-series, "Blackboard Wars."
Motivating and bringing "clarity" to empowering leadership is one of Dr. T's many strengths. In working with school leaders, teachers, students, and parents, he has guided communities to find connections that lead to positive change.
